To get started with uGive is really easy. All you need to do is sign-up for an account, let us know your organisation name and what web address you would like to use (eg: http://yournamehere.ugiveonline.com ) so people can find you. Thats it ! Once you've setup your account you can create as many events as you like and your fundraisers can start raising funds for you.
Managing your events
Managing all different kinds of events is simple. To create an event that people can fundraise for all you need is; an event name, a short description, and a start and end date. If you like you can upload images or videos for more information about the event. So whether you organise and fundraise for your own events or volunteers fundraise for different events on your behalf, managing them is simple.
You also have the option to allow your registered fundraisers to create and sign-up to their own events, which is really useful if you have lots of volunteers organising their own events.
Fundraising made easy
uGive is intuitively designed so anyone can sign-up and instantly start collecting money online for your organisation. No training needed! Whether they're 15yrs or 50yrs, from internet newbies to hard-core techies, fundraising online with uGive is really simple. People simply pick a username, enter their email address and sign-up to an event. Once they're a registered fundraiser with your uGive site, they can; edit their event homepage(s), email their homepage link to all their friends, sign-up and collect money for any number of other events, or create or suggest a new event.
Its easy to see who's donated money and left an encouraging comment, and the totals collected so far are always displayed alongside their target amounts.
Easily manage your fundraisers
We've made it as easy as possible for you to to manage all your fundraisers online. At a glance you can see whos fundraising for what event, how much they've raised so far and what their target is. You can edit their details in a single click, generate a report of all donations and visit their personal homepage on your uGive site.
The best thing though, is we've made uGive so simple and inituitive to use that you won't really need to do much at all!
How much money have you raised
You can generate any number of event or date based financial fundraising reports as you need. To find out how much money a particular event has raised is as easy as clicking on an event and selecting a date range. You can view all your events finanical totals in monthly, quarterly, yearly or specific ranges.
